Egg DOnor COMPENSATION
Egg donation is a gift that can not be matched; to help build a family is something so uniquely rewarding that it is difficult to describe in words. Known egg donors are motivated by the desire to help another person or people become parents. The relationships and friendships that are created are, time and time again, what egg donors find the most rewarding part of the journey. In addition to the relationship, egg donors are also compensated for the time and commitment to the process.

Be a gift giver…
One of the most rewarding experiences a woman can have. If you have been an egg donor previously or know someone who has, you know how rewarding the journey can be. You will quickly find a sense of community and pride in your decision, and for the rest of your life you will know that you helped in creating the greatest gift one can receive. We have a community of egg donors online who share their experiences and support each other throughout the journey and beyond.
Commitment and well being. Before an egg retrieval, an egg donor must sign legal documentation, receive a full medical and psychological evaluation, undergo drug testing, start a medication regimen (including self injected medication), and attend least 8 fertility appointments. The full egg donation process can up to six months (after match), so it is important that you are at a place in your life where you can meet these expectations.
Matching. Each egg donor relationship looks different. In order to match egg donors with intended parents in the best possible pairing, a detailed questionnaire is answered by both parties and a match is made with the desired relationship in mind. Finding the right match for you and your intended parents is key and we take great care in ensuring that this match is one that will meet the expectations of all involved.
It takes a village. Egg donation is a hugely rewarding process that involves not only you and your body, but also your current partner, future partner, children and future children. Discussing egg donation with friends and family is an important part of the process, and may be a bit complicated at first. We are here to support you in navigating these discussions; answering any questions and addressing any thoughts, ideas, and concerns that may arise. Egg donation is an incredible gift that helps families grow and will be a part of your life forever. We want egg donors to be prepared for this incredible journey, both for the present and in the future.
