Why Become a Surrogate?
Surrogates are unicorns… kind, compassionate mamas who want to help others and also help their own family. There are endless rewards to becoming a surrogate but the two we here most often are relationships and compensation.
All of our parents want to have relationships with their surrogates. They want to experience this with you… to let a friendship organically grow over time. These relationships last far longer than the surrogacy itself.
The compensation from surrogacy is well deserved and has been spent in so many different ways! We have had surrogates buy houses, pay off student loans, start college funds for the kiddos, pay off debt, build swimming pools, go on vacations… the list goes on and on!
If this seems like a path that feels right, fill out a quick application and we will be here to do the rest!

No! We work in all surrogate friendly states. We are also licensed in New York which is the only state that requires licensing. Insider info: Both the owners of Roots are based in Northern California but our team is spread out across the country and we all work from home!

Yes! Surrogacy is not federally regulated which means it is regulated separately in each state. This is the state where the baby is born and the surrogate lives. There are 4 states we do not work in because of the laws of that state: Louisiana, Nebraska, Alabama and Indiana.. If you live in one of these states, we can not accept you into our program.
