Co-founders Brooke Kimbrough, former surrogate, and Cassie Wright, parent through IVF, started Roots Surrogacy in the Bay Area in 2015 to bring a personalized experience to a mid-sized agency. Their intention was to create the agency they would want to use as either a surrogate or a parent.

Almost a decade later and hundreds of families created, the team offers expert guidance grounded in transparency and compassion. We take pride in building a nurturing community where surrogates are supported and appreciated, and intended parents feel confident and cared for.
